Frontiers 2018: The Art, Science and Future of Otolaryngology, Head and Neck Surgery

Frontiers 2018
October 23, 2018 News

A huge thank you to all those who made their way to the Pullman Cairns International for Frontiers 2018: The Art, Science and Future of Otolaryngology, Head and Neck Surgery.

Running from Aug 30—Sept 1, Frontiers 2018 offered a diverse program of international and local Speakers, presenting on a vast range of subjects across the OHNS specialties. Themes such as philanthropy, trainee burnout, and the need to collaborate generated vigorous discussion amongst the 100+ attendees. The scientific program delved into topics such as Research During Surgical Training, Sensorineural Hearing Loss, Rhinology & Non-Conventional Therapies, and Translation and Commercialisation, with attendees even being treated to technological demonstrations. An excellent Poster Presentation session rounded out the program.

Finally, a select social program offered attendees a more relaxed opportunity to engage with fellow professionals from across the globe.

Thank you again to all attendees for making Frontiers 2018 such a grand success. We look forward to seeing you at Frontiers 2020!
