2018 Garnett Passe Memorial Lecture - London
The Garnett Passe Memorial Lecture is a keynote address, presented by a leader in the field to the Royal Society of Medicine in London, UK. Launched in 1996, the lectures have become an important part of the GPRWMF's educational and engagement program.
The 2016 Garnett Passe Memorial Lecture was given on 6th May by Professor Suren Krishnan OAM FRACS, Associate Professor of Otolaryngology at the University of Adelaide, Australia. Professor Krishnan has an interest in Head and Neck surgery and specifically in partial laryngeal surgery and trans-oral laser resection of oral, oro-pharyngeal and laryngeal cancer.
Professor Krishnan has an established practice in functional endoscopic sinus surgery, cosmetic and functional rhinoplasty and general paediatric otolaryngology. He is past President of the Australian and New Zealand Head and Neck Society and Head of the Department of Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery at the Royal Adelaide Hospital.
