Dr. Lucy Huang

Dr Lucy Huang is an Otolaryngology Head and Neck surgical trainee. She completed her Doctor of Medicine at Flinders University in 2015 and a Master of Surgery at Flinders University in 2020. She has a strong passion for academia in surgery and promoting women in surgery. She is currently pursuing a PhD at Flinders University, as part of the Surgeon-Scientist training program, under the supervision of Associate Professors Eng Ooi and Dr Charmaine Woods. Her project is investigating the potential of re-purposing FDA approved drugs using high throughput screening technology in head and neck cancer. With her spare time, Lucy enjoys paddle boarding with her dog, wheel throwing, and travelling.
