Dr. Chao Wang

Dr Chao Wang is a Neurology trainee. He completed his Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery at the University of Sydney in 2014. His training in neurology to date has been with Concord Hospital, Royal Prince Alfred Hospital, and Royal North Shore Hospital. He found his passion in the sub-speciality of Neuro-otology, and to pursue this he has returned to Royal Prince Alfred Hospital for his final year of Advanced Training. There, he will undertake a PhD at the renowned Institute of Clinical Neurosciences under the supervision of Associate Professor Miriam Welgampola and Dr Sally Rosengren, investigating methods to accurately differentiate vestibular neuritis from stroke in the Emergency Department setting.
