Frontiers 2021 is going fully virtual!
As there are still many uncertainties with the delta variant, particularly travel and border restrictions, the GPRWMF Board has made the decision to take this year’s conference virtual and not have any in-person components.
We thought it important to convey this to you as quickly as possible. While this is not how we intended to meet at the end of the year, it is the right decision. The health and safety of our community and conference participants is of utmost importance (COVID-19 or not).
Rest assured the conference will proceed with a powerful scientific program.
We want to ensure conference participants have the best possible experience, so we’ve invested heavily in virtual technology. We will be using a platform called Pheedloop to deliver the conference. Pheedloop has many great features including live chat, group networking, user friendly navigation, and accessibility customisation.
Virtual delegates will have access to all conference sessions, and you can join live or access the content on-demand for up to 12 months after the conference. Virtual registrations are now open!
If you have already paid for a face-to-face registration we will be in touch to organise a refund of the difference. Any accommodation booked through the registration portal will automatically be cancelled and refunded.
Thanks for your ongoing support during this challenging time – we hope you can join us virtually in November. Virtual registrations are now open!
